Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-08-03

These terms govern the use of ForgeForSocials, available at forgeforsocials.fly.dev. By using the Service you accept these terms.

1. Definitions

  • Provider — 21 Mateusz Matejko (owner: Mateusz Matejko), NIP 5833512979, REGON 529056732, ul. Tadeusza Bramińskiego 12/39, 80-180 Gdańsk, Poland.
  • Service — the ForgeForSocials application and all of its features.
  • User — the individual or entity holding an account in the Service.
  • Content — posts, images and topic proposals created in the Service.

2. What the Service does

The Service lets a User:

  • generate AI-assisted topic proposals and post content for their business,
  • generate images for those posts,
  • approve, edit and schedule publication,
  • publish approved content to connected social media accounts,
  • view aggregate statistics for connected accounts.

3. Accounts

  • Registration requires an email address and a password of at least 8 characters.
  • The User is responsible for keeping their password confidential and for activity performed from their account.
  • One person may hold one account; the number of businesses supported depends on the selected plan.
  • An account can be deleted at any time — see Data Deletion.

4. Connected social accounts

  • Accounts are connected exclusively through each platform's official OAuth flow. The Service never asks for your password to Facebook, Instagram or any other platform.
  • The User warrants that they are authorised to publish to the accounts they connect.
  • When using these integrations the User agrees to comply with the relevant platform terms, in particular the Facebook Terms of Service and Instagram Terms of Use.
  • Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the account under Accounts.

5. AI-generated content

Content produced by the AI is a proposal. The User decides what gets published and bears full responsibility for the publication. We recommend reviewing every piece of content before approving it — language models can produce inaccurate or outdated statements.

  • Rights to generated content belong to the User to the extent permitted by law.
  • The Provider is not liable for the consequences of publishing content, including infringement of third-party rights, where that content was approved by the User.
  • Using the Service to create unlawful content — including hate speech, misleading material, content infringing copyright, or spam — is prohibited.

6. Plans and payment

  • The Service offers Starter, Professional and Agency plans; current prices and limits are shown on the plans page.
  • The Provider is exempt from VAT under the small-business exemption (art. 113(1) of the Polish VAT Act), so no VAT is added to the prices shown — they are the final amounts payable.
  • New accounts receive a 30-day trial at the Professional level.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through the payment provider Stripe.
  • A subscription can be cancelled at any time — it stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
  • Exceeding a plan's limits blocks further generation or approval of content until the end of the billing period or until the plan is upgraded.

7. Right of withdrawal

A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Where the User expressly requests that paid features begin before that period ends, they are liable for the amount corresponding to the services provided up to the moment of withdrawal. Notice of withdrawal should be sent to kuzniasocialmedia@gmail.com.

8. Availability and liability

  • The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service running but does not guarantee any specific level of availability (no SLA).
  • Publishing depends on third-party APIs (Meta, Google and others). The Provider is not liable for outages, policy changes or restrictions imposed by those platforms, including any resulting temporary inability to publish.
  • The Provider's liability is limited to the fees paid by the User over the preceding 12 months, to the extent permitted by law. This limitation does not apply to intentional damage or to liability that cannot be excluded in relation to consumers.

9. Complaints

Complaints should be sent to kuzniasocialmedia@gmail.com. We handle them within 14 days of receipt and reply to the sender's email address.

10. Changes to these terms

We notify Users of changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance; a User who does not accept them may delete their account.

11. Final provisions

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint procedures, including the European Commission's ODR platform.
