User Data Deletion

This page explains how to permanently delete your account and all associated data from ForgeForSocials, including any data obtained from Facebook and Instagram.

Option 1 — delete from inside the app (immediate)

Log in to your ForgeForSocials account.
Go to Settings.
At the bottom of the screen, choose Delete account.
Confirm in the dialog.

The account and all its data are erased immediately, in the same operation — there is no grace period and no recycle bin to restore from.

Option 2 — request by email

If you no longer have access to your account, email kuzniasocialmedia@gmail.com from the address the account was registered with, using the subject line "Data deletion". We fulfil such requests within 30 days — usually within 72 hours — and confirm completion by email.

What exactly gets deleted

the user account, including email address and password hash,
every business added to the account, including its brand profile,
every post — published, scheduled and draft — together with its images,
every AI-generated content proposal,
stored statistics (reach, engagement, followers),
every OAuth access token for connected platforms — Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube. After deletion the application has no remaining means of accessing your social profiles.

What account deletion does NOT cover

Posts that have already been published to your Facebook Page, Instagram account or any other platform remain on that platform — at that point they are content belonging to you and to that platform, not data held by us. To remove them, delete them directly on the platform.

Revoking access without deleting your account

If you only want to disconnect the app from Facebook or Instagram while keeping your ForgeForSocials account, you can do either of the following:

in the app: Accounts → disconnect the account,
on Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove ForgeForSocials.
